Hello Proximus allows you to control your mobile internet traffic

Important notice: the new Hello! application replaces the Hello Proximus application. It offers more features and is available for all mobile Belgacom and Proximus customers.

Please replace your Hello Proximus application with the new Hello! app, since only Hello! will be updated in the future.

Do you have a mobile phone subscription with Belgacom or Proximus? With the Hello Proximus mobile application, you follow your Internet usage when you surf on mobile phone. 

 

Next to the mobile internet usage metering tool, which reflects both national as roaming usage since last billing invoice, this application has also the function to switche on/off all mobile internet services and prevents your phone from connecting unwanted to mobile internet.

 

You can download the application for free, but using it will trigger limited data traffic on your handset, which is not free; the price depends on your chosen price plan (you can also surf on the Wi-Fi network). 

 

For identification, you need to connect via the mobile network  at least once every 30 days.

 

The application can only be used by mobile customers of Proximus and Belgacom (not prepaid)
